Larry Poole blends the traditional art of intaglio printmaking with modern digital imaging. Inspired by architecture, people, and everyday objects, his work invites viewers to notice the overlooked details of their surroundings.

Originally influenced by black and white photography, Poole’s prints have evolved from monochromatic to richly layered compositions that combine the qualities of photogravure, woodcut, and etching. Living in the Adirondacks, he is dedicated to creating art that reflects both visual complexity and environmental responsibility, using eco-friendly inks and sustainable processes.

His work available in Bozeman, exclusively here at the Gallery, is the result of an ongoing project, "Your Town – My Town," which focuses on images of the familiar and sometimes forgotten.
