"I have created art with wood since I was a child in my parents wood shop. As an architect, I amassed several pieces of wood; from siding samples to reclaimed wood from demolished buildings and various cut-offs. I have been creating mountain murals for years, often for architectural clients using the wood from their home's exterior. I began painting on some of these a few years ago as well after working with a client who sided their home in the most amazing reclaimed wood from old Brazilian barns.
